CHAKRA
WHAT IS THE CHAKRA ?
In the eastern
medicine and religions, chakras are considered as essential energy
centers of a human being. Every human being is said to have seven main
and four auxiliary chakras. Their arrangement are as follows:
The
root chakra sits vertically beneath the body between genitals and anus.
It‘s pertinent color is red. The root chakra develops during the first
seven years of life.
The spleen chakra does not sit on the
spleen, but in the center of the body, two finger width beneath the
navel. It‘s pertinent color is orange. It becomes active between 7th
and 14th year of life.
The solar plexus chakra is seated
closely above the navel. It‘s pertinent color is yellow. It becomes
active between the 15th and 21st year of life.
The heart
sits directly in the middle of the sternum on the level of the heart.
It‘s pertinent color is green. It becomes active between the 22nd and
27th year of life.
The throat chakra is located directly on
the larynx. It‘s pertinent color is blue. It becomes active between the
29th and 35th year of life.
The crown chakra is found in
the middle of the crown, where the traditional India women paint the
color to indicate their caste. It‘s pertinent color is purple . It
becomes active between the 36th and 42nd year of life.
The

from the right ear to the left and another line going the middle of the
chin, middle of the nose to the middle of the neck. At the time of
birth the so-called fontanelle is still open. It closes during the
first year of life. It‘s pertinent color is white or gold. It becomes
active after the 42nd year of life.
